Our team is dedicated to excellence and continuous development, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. The Interior Architect will be responsible for all aspects of interior design projects, from initial concept development and client collaboration to final documentation and project completion. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of shared learning and professional growth.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of architectural interior projects from modeling to completion.Review construction documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements.Work with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their goals.Manage and mentor junior architects, providing them with guidance and support.Support and prepare documentation for all interior design stages.Support and prepare reports and presentations for all interior design stages.Revit modeling and collaborative work (BIM 360).Knowledge of the company's documentation system in place.Prepare and present project proposals to clients.Manage project budgets and schedules.Required Skills and Experience3 to 5 years of professional experience working in Interior Architecture projects.Experience in Hospitality, Residential, and Retail.Spoken and written fluency in English; other languages are a plus.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.Strong proactivity and a problem-solver spirit.Strong ability with 3D modeling and Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.Knowledge of Vray or Lumion is a plus.If you are a creative and motivated interior architect with a passion for turning design concepts into reality, we encourage you to apply.Application ProcessThe selected applicants will be contacted within 10 working days of receiving their application.
