Your future team
Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will take care of a dynamic, ambitious team and our local office in Faro. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit.
This is a maternity cover position with a one-year contract.
Your role in this journey
Manage a high-performing sales and account management team for the Algarve.
Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.
Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
Continue building the brand of Holidu in the Algarve.
Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management Iberia and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.

A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets.
Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.
A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
Previous experience in a fast growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
Near native Portuguese and fluent English skills.
