Unique opportunity to oversee the Hotel operations in City Center Lead and Manage a 5-Star Hotel Sobre o nosso cliente Prestigious 5-Star hotel in Lisbon Descrição Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences; Oversee and manage dailyhotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are maintained; Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards; Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditure to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources; Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development; Act as the main point ofcontact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally; Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue; Prepare the hotel for the upcoming renovation project and ensure a smooth transition during the construction period.
