Descrição Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences;
Oversee and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are maintained;
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards;
Manage Budgets, financial plans, and expenditure to ensure profitability and efficient use of resources;
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development;
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally;
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue;
Prepare the hotel for the upcoming renovation project and ensure a smooth transition during the construction period.
Perfil ideal Proven experience as a Hotel Director or in a senior hospitality management role, preferably within a 5-Star hotel environment;
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans;
Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure;
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
