Ferring+You We are looking for an interim Global Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People & Organisational Development team to cover for a temporary gap. This is a temporary mission in support of Ferring's focus on developing and retaining our talent.
You will report to the Senior Director, Global Learning & Talent Management, and support them in implementing the Learning & Development Strategy and managing the project portfolio in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Your day at Ferring Manage the Learning & Development project agenda, making sure that it is always up-to-date and reflects the progress done in all projects as well as the potential risks.Deploy and develop Learning & Development annual calendar.Coordinate L&D events. This will be the biggest task as you will be responsible for scheduling training events, managing registrations, coordinating the external and internal trainers, collecting feedback from participants and helping us continuously improve.Knowledge management and support post-project to the HR Community – specifically during this interim assignment, you will be responsible for building and maintaining L&D content on the Powerhouse which is designed in SharePoint.Monitor Learning & Development KPIs and reports in Cornerstone LMS and Workday.What you will need to succeed CuriosityPragmatism and the ability to juggle multiple to-do listsA knack for scheduling and coordinatingBehind our innovation…There's you 3-4 years in Project Management Office, in Human Resources, with a particular interest in People Agenda topics.Past experience in event coordination (virtual, hybrid or face-to-face).Experience using Workday, Cornerstone LMS and/or Service Now is a nice to have.Business analysis experience is desirable.Previous experience with project management system is an advantage.Fluent Business English is a must, both spoken and written.People come first at Ferring Get inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone's right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love.
