Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLELocal: LisbonProviding Human Resource support to the organisation, this role will assist in providing general administration support to the HR Team.Assist in providing general administration to the HR teamAssist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changesMaintain accurate records/documentation associated with your workUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksParticipate in organizing company events and careers daysFull availability required.YOUR SKILLSDegree in Management, Psychology (Human Resources)Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of SpanishExcellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, WordGood analytical and creative skillsGood interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work in a teamInternships, summer part-time work, as well as international experience would be an advantage
