Key Responsibilities:

An Intelligent Automation Engineer (RPA) will be responsible for lead developments in task automation using RPA technologies to automate and simplify processes for the bank and its customers.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

Technical coordination of development teams.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Working with cross-functional & technical teams to deliver on a common goal.
Development and maintenance of automation solutions.



Work Experience:

Experience in leading software teams (+ years).
Experience in developing RPA solutions (+ years).

Education:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Technical Requirements:

Object-oriented languages like JAVA and C.
Low code platforms.
Strong knowledge of RPA technologies (Blue Prism).
Strong knowledge in database technologies (SQL Server).
Knowledge in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Proficiency using Agile Development Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Ability to analyze, with a critical and constructive spirit, having good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
English language required; Spanish is a plus.
Team spirit and good interpersonal communication.
