Job DescriptionThe Integration Specialist will focus on the integration of Workday with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition (SmartRecruiters), talent management, and additional HR systems.
This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems, enhancing overall HR service delivery.Specific ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity across systems.Stay updated on Workday updates and enhancements, leveraging new features effectively.Develop and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications.Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to facilitate seamless integrations.Utilize integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and other middleware solutions.Develop custom reports and data extracts to support business needs.Write and maintain scripts and code for integrations using appropriate programming languages.Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand integration needs and deliver solutions.Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.Participate in integration testing, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.Assist in managing integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate project status and progress to the Integration Manager and other stakeholdersQualificationsProfileBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workday integrations development.Experience with HR systems and applications (, SmartRecruiters, payroll) is highly desirable.Certification in Workday StudioRequired SkillsGood level of English.Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, etc.).
Workday certifications are a plus.Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web services.Experience with middleware platforms and ETL tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
