Integrated Marketing Campaign SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness and deliver leads to sales. This role requires an execution-minded person.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness, engagement and deliver marketing qualified leads.Create a content plan that delivers the right content to specific personas throughout the digital buying journey.Understand and deploy campaigns in our paid and owned channels, including search, programmatic display, content syndication, email and social to reach our target audience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.4+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaign development and execution.Strong understanding of various marketing channels and how to use them to achieve business objectives.Experience in audience building with both 1st party and 3rd party data.Experience with Marketo, Adobe, Salesforce, Bombora and ABM platforms a plus.Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.At Synopsys, we're at the heart of the innovations that change the way we work and play.
