Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in insurance brokerage? We are searching for an Insurance Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our Nacora business in Portugal.
Your Role The Insurance Sales Representative (m/f/d) is responsible for developing Nacora's business with existing and potential customers. The Sales Executive will work closely with all sales and marketing teams to ensure the growth of Nacora's customer portfolio and market share while maintaining high profitability.
Your Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for Nacora service and insurance solutions in Portugal.
Responsible for GP growth across Portugal.
Proactively pursue new clients (and existing ones) by making daily sales calls and joint visits with the KN Sales team.
Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and problems.
Develop new products and their commercialization according to KN's strategic plan.
Monitor commercial activity through the reporting mechanisms defined by the company.
Active participation in the preparation of insurance offers.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information, assuming KN's compliance standards.
Your Skills and Experiences Degree in business management, marketing, law, economics, or similar (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years experience as a sales executive in an insurance company, managing transport insurance, property insurance, third-party civil liability insurance, or health insurance.
Solid knowledge of the Portuguese insurance market.
Energetic personality, strong team player, a good networker, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, highly proactive, customer-oriented, supportive, and self-motivated.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English. Spanish would be considered a plus.
