Description: Mercer & Marsh Portugal are seeking candidates for our Insurance Operations Graduates Program, based in the Lisbon office:INSURANCE OPERATIONS GRADUATES PROGRAMWe are looking for 2 candidates to join our Joint Graduates Program that will have the chance work on the insurance operations teams of both Mercer and Marsh, exploring different branches of the insurance industry during a 1 year internship.What can you expect?The opportunity to join the first edition of a joint graduates program for Mercer and Marsh and work for both companies;Managing the operational work in the insurance market for different kinds of branches such as corporate and employee benefits;Be exposed to clients from different sectors and sizes, while working alongside more senior analysts and consultants from the whole firm.What's in it for you?Be part of a multinational organization where you'll be able to learn, grow and develop your career;Flexible work environment;Join a 1 year internship where you'll rotate between Mercer and Marsh areas.We will count on you to:Support the operational team on projects from Mercer (benefits, health, life and accidents insurances) during 6 months and then the operational team on projects from Marsh (auto, workers accidents, property and liability insurances) during 6 months as well;Give support on the preparation of data, policy servicing, reporting and the collection of information;Have a direct exposure to companies from different sectors and sizes;Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.What you need to have:Any relevant degree;Good level of english language proficiency (C1 or above) and full portuguese proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;Attention to detail and organization skills;Curiosity and learning agility;Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;Accountability and ownership.What makes you stand out?Relevant extra curricular experiences;Being curious and learning oriented;Have an interest for the insurance field;Be passionate about making a positive impact.About Mercer
