Within the project team and interacting with the GraphTalk Product development team, you will participate in the Gap Analysis phases and work as a business analyst for the GraphTalk implementation projects (design activities, training, parameter setting, tests, and training).
In order to match our solution with the needs of the customer, you will participate in the functional specifications, the configuration strategy in collaboration with the customer, develop and establish test plans, and support the customer in the phases of revenue and deployment.
