We will count on you to:Work directly with one of Marsh's international account;Evaluate claims related to consumer credit;Follow up processes in order to cover, decline or ask for more documentation in order to re-evaluate;Respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers;Answer, document and monitor call center calls, emails and transactions;Track client and product order information and logs client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.What you need to have:Degree in relevant field such as Law, Management, or similar;Good analytical skills, process improvement oriented;Have a detail oriented and organized profile;Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1);Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, specially excel.What makes you stand out?Be an analytical tasks oriented profile;Good team player;Have a sharp critical thinking and opinion, being able to question why;Emotional intelligence skills.About Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor.
