Instructor Installation Works (M/F/D) Portugal Project Management

Job Responsibilities: Instruction in ENERCON's own equipment and installation documentation on national and international ENERCON construction sites; Documentation of the instructions; Further instructions inthe field of the installation of wind turbines; Accompanying the construction team during the entire construction process; Assessment of individual employees of the installation team for issuing the ENERCON installation certificate; Monitoring of ENERCON specifications with regard to occupational safety and construction documentation; Optimization of the installation process / the installation team; Participation in special projects; Avoiding remaining work; The Instructor reports regularly to the Supervisor as specified; In the event of expected danger or damage to ENERCON due to inadequate team performance, the Instructor informs the respective project team immediately and directly. Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years field experience of turbine installation routines; Managerial experience as advantageous; Good Knowledge in IT Tools, Office and SAP as a plus; Good language skills inEnglish, German as a plus; High level of flexibility and geographical mobility; Able to work at height; Self-confident, proactive and team-oriented; Driving license.
