To us, the most important measure of our success is yours.The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations, and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.Contributes to the quality control of reporting.Helps to coordinate and project manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams.Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews.Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training.Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations.Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.1-2 years experience in project, account management, writing and analytics.5-10% travel.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Social Science.Physical RequirementsJob requires employee to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
