Descriçao da oferta The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible to develop and manage the Inside Sales Strategy and his/her team within the assigned geographical area. This includes recruiting, operative mgmt., and financial responsibility.
Description The main responsibilities for this role are:
Ensure the achievement of Inside Sales revenue targets within his/her scope; Build and develop multicultural Inside Sales teams and manage performance; Manage process excellence and drive operational improvements; Recruit and replace open Inside Sales rep positions, onboards and coaches the Inside Sales reps; Support the team with account planning, developing more efficient sales activities, and improving customer relationships; Drive the collaboration with the broader field sales teams as well as other supporting and country functions and act as escalation level; Ensure and maintain the corporate standard within CRM. Profile Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in engineering / digital / business field; Fluency in English, Swedish or Polish language skills as advance; Profound sales experience in Inside Sales and engineering / digital field; Sales team leadership and coaching experience and motivation to build-up and develop an Inside Sales team; Analytical understanding to drive performance and customer understanding; Ability to leverage the right level of pragmatism; Ability to conduct change management across geographical area and multicultural environment.
