Your tasks As Expertise Lead, you personally represent our most valuable resources: competence, motivation and the courage to develop further. You will lead the continuous optimization and strategic development of test management and test automation in the COO. You not only ensure that everything runs like clockwork in day-to-day business, but also steer the technical results in the right direction, e.g. by training and supporting your team members. Increased efficiency, top quality and always up-to-date methodological knowledge are your guiding principles when you accompany test automation strategies from development to implementation and ensure the quality and consistency of test activities with state-of-the-art automation tools. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you track down test requirements, integrate automation solutions and even if critical issues arise, you act calmly and bring the right people to the table.
