Global Infrastructure Project Management Team (Located in Milan, Paris, Porto) is looking for a Project Manager to plan and support IT Infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
Key Accountabilities
Manages strategic and complex projects in accordance with Euronext global IT strategy
Sets up clear and achievable objectives that balance demands for quality, scope, time and cost
Evaluates requirements and constraints while balancing business requests and client expectations
Participate in team discussions to design the architecture of new solutions
Anticipates and mitigates risks and issues in a timely manner to guarantee initial commitment
Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues
Makes sure all projects follow the internal project management framework and standard IT processes
Act as Service Manager once the solution becomes a live service
Monitor and track the new service requests with standardized process and tools
Manage the relationship with IT and Business Teams
Prepares regular status reports of the new requests
Experience in process improvement, re-engineering and root-cause analysis/resolution
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Strong project management skills (planning, budgeting, execution, etc.) and a track record in using these successfully in a high-change, international and multi-projects environment
Global IT knowledge (systems, network, cloud, etc)
Service and Change Management process experience
Experience in project management of financial products and solutions
Experience in service management of financial services
Able to work under pressure to support project deadlines
Be willing to travel to some European countries
Communication skills, including fluent English
At least 10 years of experience in similar function
Soft Skills
Good verbal communications skills;
Good organizational skills;
Pro-active and sense of ownership
Certifications
PMP (or equivalent)
ITIL (or equivalent)
