Job DescriptionThe IT function is increasing its capabilities and therefore is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you are responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of cloud infrastructure and services and ensure that they are secure, healthy, efficient, and scalable. You are also responsible for maintaining and supporting our physical and virtual network infrastructure.
You will report to the Internal IT Infrastructure Manager, part of the IT team whose mission is to provide an effective, efficient, reliable and appropriate infrastructure to its users.
This job is location-independent; we are open to hiring in Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Indonesia. What you will do: Design and deploy Azure Wintel & AD solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.Manage IaaS and PaaS cloud resources in Microsoft Azure using the Systems Management platform and Security Management Tools.Manage and maintain the (Azure) Active Directory / Entra ID infrastructure, including domains, forest, and replication.Manage Group Policies by creating, managing, and enforcing GPOs.Manage DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.Develop and maintain standards based on leading practices to monitor operational and performance statistics for systems.Develop and maintain standards and processes for patch/update deployments.Collaborate with various teams globally to ensure MS components are optimized for performance and security.Configure and install various physical and virtual network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).Maintain WAN, LAN, and wireless networks including upgrades, service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.QualificationsWho are you: We are seeking individuals with the right mindset—those who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute. ICT related Bachelor level of knowledge and 3+ years' experience working with Azure services/technologies (like virtual machines, blob, queues, tables, Azure Active Directory, etc.) and having deep technical experience in infrastructure design, build, and deployment in private and Azure cloud.3-5+ years of experience in Windows systems engineering, automation, and management.Experience in automating Windows systems with PowerShell or other related methods.Experience supporting Windows systems in a multi-platform environment (OSX, Linux, iOS, Android).Effective communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written).Flexibility for work that requires tasks to be done outside of office hours and weekend on-call support.Having Microsoft Certificates such as:
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate - AZ-104
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate - AZ-700
