Summary: Join our team as an Information Security Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation of Corporate Security Strategy, Policies, and Standards within the Business Unit. As part of the Airport and Airlines Operations Business Unit (AAO BU), you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive security-centric projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with information security standards.
In this role you will: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand information security needs and requirements for potential projects or partnerships.Develop and maintain a reference corpus to facilitate RFPs within the AAO BU.Manage the RFP process from a security perspective, including drafting RFP documents, evaluating vendor proposals, and participating in vendor selection.Assess vendor security capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational information security standards and policies.Maintain documentation related to RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to information security to inform the RFP process.Identify and assess potential risks to the organization's information systems, infrastructure, and data.Develop risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate identified risks.Ensure compliance with corporate data privacy policies, procedures, and practices, including GDPR.Participate in the information security compliance program in line with relevant standards and regulations.About the ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Degree in Information Security is a plus.At least 2 years of experience in a security-relevant field of activity.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Proficiency in French is an added plus.Expertise with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape (PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC1/SOC2, and ISO 27K).Familiarity with enterprise risk management methods and techniques.Security-related certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, CISM, etc. would be advantageous.What we can offer you: A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
