Key Responsibilities Lead/ support / oversee all security programs (Encryption, EDR, Network security, SIEM, Data Classification, Asset Management, Authentication) in close collaboration with Global Allianz IS Functions Lead / support / oversee Run activities in close collaboration with the IT departments such as vulnerability management, End-of-life assets (Toxicity), Security incidents, Pen testing & technical audit campaigns. Implement continuous improvement in the existing process to ensure the quality and relevance of information security services. Promote a culture of information security and raise security awareness and organize security trainings. Develop and own roadmaps and strategies that help simplesurance business to deliver secure solutions. Bring to the team Professional experience in information security and a high level of understanding of the application of security concepts and principles in a financial services organization. Deep knowledge of current security technologies and practices (e.g. IS Compliance / Risk Management, Network, System and Application Security, Vulnerability / Penetration Testing and other security practices) Experience in global teams and working across different cultures. Strong coordination of security metrics & KPIs provided by technology partners. Even if you don't check all the boxes, we are happy to receive your CV.
