INDUSTRIAL PROJECT ENGINEER — ELECTRICITY (M/F)Framework: As part of the Engineering and Industrial Projects team, its mission is to support the entire management of industrial projects in the electrical specialty, in coordination with other areas of the company and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and monitor work in the electrical specialty field;Monitoring of industrial projects, related to contracts, downsizing of units or even construction of new manufacturing units, in the area of electrical specialty;Active participation in strategic projects, such as: self-consumption renewable energy projects, battery energy storage, among others;Prepare specifications and technical specifications;Maintain and update technical and legal documentation;Creation of procedures for the operation and exploration of electrical installations;Technical studies for upgrading technologies and optimizing equipment/infrastructures;Comply with the requirements, standards, and specifications within the scope of the Environmental Quality Management System.Required profile: Degree or Integrated Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering;Minimum experience of 3 years in similar functions, in an industrial environment (Preferred);Experience in the execution of industrial projects in the area of electricity, involving low, medium and high voltage (Preferred);Proficiency in English (in oral and written form);Knowledge of MSOffice, SAP and Autocad (preferred);Communication, planning and organization skills;Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;Teamwork;Capacity of initiative to propose solutions and optimize processes;Ease of interpersonal relationships and of working with different areas;Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.What we offer: Attractive salary package according to demonstrated experience;Integration and training plan specific to the function;Good career prospects/professional development;Benefits associated with certification as a 'Family Responsible Company', such as food allowance with a higher than legal value, flexible schedules, protocols with gyms, availability of fruit and coffee, specific measures for families, among others.All applications will be reviewed and all candidates who complete the desired profile will be called for an interview.
