.The Planning & Engineering Project Management Office (PMO) team is responsible for creating and managing the overarching program management for the operational and base programs as well as leading specific areas. What you will be doing: Monitor and support detailed program planning and execution of prioritized projects to ensure alignment and optimal planning and execution. The team is a key contact for all other functions including continuous alignment and addressing questions for projects at cross-functional and global level. Ensure global and cross-functional alignment of P&E initiatives. The team is in charge of regular meetings and other key forums with P&E executive team and operational teams. Organize and host cross-functional workshops (e.G. walk-the-walls) on regular basis with different regions, P&E, Operations, IT, etc. Support financial reporting for P&E area. Align with Finance and relevant functions on business case, review and check financial reports and invoices, monitoring project and program budgets. Coordinate and support executive presentations and requests, gather input, ensure sign off and provide admin support, as well as follow-up support in resolving action items, escalating risks and coordinating mitigation actions. Stakeholder management including effective coordination and communication cross-functionally. What do you bring with you: Degree or professional qualification in industrial engineering or quantitative discipline required. Project management courses, qualifications or experience (certified Prince 2 or PMP is a plus). Experience or certification in SAFe is an advantage. Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is an advantage. Experience in Engineering or Project Management (5 – 10 years) is an advantage. Ability to independently set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track progress. Finance knowledge for non-Financial Management. Proficient use of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, & Power Automate). Power BI and SQL Skills are an advantage.
