Industrial Engineer (F/M/Div.)

Job Description
Your contribution to something big:

Industrialization of new products and guarantee that all deliverables of the Industrialization projects are available in time for the milestones according to Manufacturing Engineering Process;
Work on the standardization and optimization of existing manufacturing systems (including all standards) with the goal of increased productivity and reduced total cost;
Continuous improvement projects given new solutions/ideas (Evaluation of the project's viability);
Calculate monthly line capacities based on Short Term Planning (STP) quantities;
Implementation of lean methodologies;
Definition and normalization of the internal logistics flow.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:

Master degree in Industrial Engineering;
Experience working with SAP (preferable);
Good understanding and keen on applying Lean principles;
Good communication skills;
Proficient in English - spoken and written;
SAP Knowledge (preferred);
3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles;
Team-worker and dynamic person;
Good cooperation working with teams.
