Key Accountabilities Dive into Continuous Improvement identifying and eliminating inefficienciesDevelop and lead Kaizen, value stream mapping and problem-solving activitiesSupport the Industrial engineering team in daily activitiesDevelop presentations to customers, employees and team members using data analysis and visualization techniquesLead Advanced problem-solving methodology to identify root causes on critical issuesUse DMAIC, statistical process control (SPC), and process capability analysisLead Process Optimization, cycle time reduction, capacity improvement, and scrap reduction.
