.A Snapshot of Your DayAs an Industrial Cybersecurity Innovation Manager, you will assist on a broad spectrum of cyber security support requests from digital communities in various Siemens Energy business units and functions, such as Information Technology and Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics, helping move cybersecurity activities forward. You will also participate in developing internal cyber security capabilities and strategy, engaging pro-actively to strengthen the organization's overall cyber security posture.How You'll Make an ImpactCoordinate and practically implement proof-of-concepts and R&D projects for security technologies in the industrial domain.Evaluate upcoming trends and technologies within the cybersecurity field to derive innovation opportunities.Shape the cybersecurity ecosystem by building and maintaining relationships with key industry players, research institutions, and governmental organizations and expert communities.Build up an expert community for portfolio and innovation to collect demands, understand business needs, and foster multi-functional collaboration.Collaborate with business areas to understand their specific cybersecurity needs, support testing cybersecurity solutions, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.Collaborate closely with portfolio management and technical experts across business units in securing products and solutions, including recommendations for network architecture, security zone segregation, barriers, log collection and aggregation, user management, SIEM solutions, host-based protection measures, IDS, IPS, anomaly detection systems, etc.Understand customer demands by conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and translating insights into actionable strategies.Understand the energy threat landscape and security risk for Siemens Energy and our customers.What You BringMaster's degree in digitalization, industrial automation, cybersecurity, business administration, or related qualification.Experience in driving innovation and working with startups to bring cybersecurity solutions to market.Project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation projects from ideation to implementation.Ability to shape and influence the cybersecurity ecosystem through strategic partnerships and collaborations.Superb communication and collaboration skills to engage with business areas, their customers, and industry partners.Knowledge about industrial control system components and industrial protocols is preferred.Preferably good knowledge of the products and solutions portfolio of Siemens Energy, and relevant working experience from customer projects and/or product development.Deep knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or MITRE ATT&CK for ICS is a plus.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
