Job DescriptionTasks & Responsibilities Guide the industrial controlling environment through BI data gathering:Interpret the operational & financial dataValidate and adjust the local ERP parameters (mainly transformation cost drivers)Setup costing standards based on the specific production activities, in line with other Stow locationsAnalyzing monthly results based on production output:Compare current production and operational costs with absorption based on standardsRevise standards based on executed analysisAnalyze key cost driversAssisting the business in realizing cost efficienciesFollow up & update cost price systems for production entities:Verify cost calculations for existing productsSupport cost calculations for new productsAssist in transfer price setting and marginsProactively identifying costing issuesAnalyze & optimize cost calculation systemFollow up inventory valuation and orders/projects in execution:Monthly check of inventory and unit pricesFollow up on inventory valuation, analyze stock rotation and verify obsolescence based on historic and future usageFinancial follow up of Projects in cooperation with sales controlling and project management:Analyze most important internal production driven variances (steel prices, inefficiencies in transformation process, …)Proactively identify project issues and have them discussed with project/central managementLink project valuation with month end results (and provide feedback for correct follow up in sales affiliates)Ad hoc analysis on request of management:Perform analysis and give feedback (ROI calculation, analyze costs between the different production entities, analyze optimal contribution with limited capacity, etc.)QualificationsKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or Infor LN are a plus)Strong analytical skillsWork autonomously and drive changeWillingness to travel to HQ or other production sites (+/- 10% time)Additional informationWhat can we provide you?
