Multinational industrial company is looking for an Industrial Controller to join the team.
Description
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Participation in budgeting and forecasting
Support in monthly and annual account closings
Monitoring and assessment of production and financial indicators
Participation in continuous improvement projects
Involvement in ERP improvement projects (particularly in production)
Support for auditors and consultants
Monitoring of inventories and support in improving management system databases (inventories, fixed assets, etc.)
Participation in cost reduction projects and initiatives
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Management/Economics or similar
5+ years of experience in management control within an industrial environment
Experience in auditing (Big 4) is valued
Strong knowledge of industrial costing systems
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Advanced English
Advanced knowledge of the SNC (National Accounting Standards) and financial statements (knowledge in account consolidation is valued)
Strong interpersonal skills and motivation for teamwork
Good knowledge of industrial indicators and analytical skills to interpret the financial impact of these indicators
Focus on continuous improvement based on the interpretation of production and financial KPIs
Strong analytical thinking
Autonomy and proactivity: ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions independently
