Your mission will be… Reporting directly to the Engineering Systems Operations Manager, the Industrial Automation Technician will perform duties associated with the PLC's and HMI programming and commissioning on Industrial systems, plants, production lines and machines. You will be responsible to:
Perform PLC's and HMI programming and commissioning for our customers with the Siemens portfolio of Automation systems and integration on visualization and management systems in an industrial environment;
Programming of PLC's Siemens Simatic S7 (TIA Portal);
Programming of HMI and SCADA Siemens WinCC;
Parametrization of communications Siemens Scalance;
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability;
Comply with company's safety procedures and policies, ensure no hazardous incident takes place.
We are looking for someone with… College degree in electrical engineering or technical education in industrial automation;
Knowledge on industrial automation systems;
Knowledge on industrial SCADA systems (preferential);
Strong motivation to offer Solutions and Services that meet customer requirements and expectations;
Fluent in English;
VSD´s Programming will be a plus;
Analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must;
Customer relations and interaction skills;
Self-starter, team player, problem solver, organized, flexible, customer and safety oriented;
Must work well in team environment, that could include international colleagues, as well as independently;
Availability to frequent travel to customer sites (national and international) is required.
