Finance Operations Administrator EUROPE
Based in Algés, Lisbon (Portugal)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope.
Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High school diploma with experience in sales/finance or accounting administrative functions.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience within a shared service environment would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Excel.
SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
Language: Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), German mandatory (Minimum: C1).
