Leading the Sales incentive process as a lever for boosting our performance.
About the Role Major accountabilities: Ensure the gathering of market and customer insights using primary & secondary information, ethnographic method, and benchmarking. Responsible for building a robust market research plan to address the top business needs by leading primary/secondary research, business analytics focused on the priority brands, as well as ad hoc research as needed. Identify best market research techniques, vendors, methodologies, monitor recruitment, analyze/triangulate results and make strategic recommendations. Responsible to integrate several insights sources to better understand customers and their needs (contribute to accurate customer profiling & segmentation) to support Omni channel strategy. Support annual and mid-year segmentation exercises, in coordination with CRM Lead brand teams and Commercial Heads to set segmentation business rules and strategy. Proactively provide stakeholders with key insights to facilitate business critical decisions. Be the subject matter expert on Sales Incentive plans and effectively communicate rationale, strategy and calculations. Partner with Finance and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements. Completes the calculation process for cycle bonus payouts of defined field incentive plans, ensuring timely and accurate payouts. Proactively looks for new ways of using sales incentives to boost business performance in a compliant way. Additional Specifications: Work closely with CRM managers, Performance Leads, Brand Teams and Commercial Heads. Key performance indicators: Deliver robust and timely early launch research plan to support strategic decisions. Deliver framework to build HCP profiling (digital, other relevant criteria) to enable Omni channel engagement. Incentives Plans that communicated in a timely and accurate way. Minimum Requirements: University degree in management, economics, statistics or other related area. Languages: Local language. English.
