Job Details: Inbound Sales Representative (Small Business Solutions) Drive Sage's growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities through inbound sales and virtual meetings. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll focus on achieving sales targets, managing a robust sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with leads who have already shown interest in Sage's solutions.
This is a hybrid position with three days a week in the office.
First 90 Days: First 30 Days: Gain an understanding of Sage's products, sales processes, and tools. Shadow experienced team members and learn the inbound sales strategy. Next 30 Days: Begin independently handling sales calls and managing a small pipeline. Deliver product demos under supervision. By 90 Days: Confidently lead sales conversations, manage your pipeline, and achieve your first set of sales targets. Meet the Team: You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team. Reporting to a supportive manager, you will work closely with other sales professionals and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads. Regular team check-ins and shared strategies ensure collective success.
How Success Will Be Measured: Success will be measured by your ability to maintain a high conversion rate from demos to closed sales and consistently provide excellent customer interactions. Your performance will also be evaluated based on the accuracy of your sales forecasts and pipeline management.
Skills You'll Gain: In this role, you'll develop advanced sales techniques, enhance your negotiation and persuasion skills, and gain in-depth knowledge of Sage's software solutions. You'll also sharpen your forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
Snapshot of Your Day-to-Day: Your day will include engaging with prospective clients, conducting virtual demos, managing your sales pipeline, and collaborating with teammates to refine strategies. Regular interactions with potential customers will keep your role dynamic and client focused.
Key Responsibilities Must-Haves: Proven experience in inbound or inside sales, with a track record of meeting targets. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English. Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and build client trust. Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting. Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Valuable Extras: Knowledge of Sage's software solutions or similar business software. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Skills in upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value. Practical knowledge of how internal business functions operate (accounting, billing, etc.), especially in small business settings. Country: Portugal
