Actively collect and share client feedback to help improve the sales process. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably within B2B or B2C environments. Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience using CRM systems for tracking sales activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
