Job Description Fundamental job responsibilities:Answering and qualifying customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola Solutions products, or services.Building and managing lead pipelineQualifying all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitionsTactfully and courteously interfacing with customers in order to build strong business relationshipsEmail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-dateActing as a pre-sales single point of contactAdditional Knowledge/Skills: Proactively utilizing strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsEducating customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutionsDemonstrating active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and servicesDisplaying strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interactionExercising multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionUtilizing internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer's issues.
This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with the customerBasic RequirementsRequired native or fluent German and English language both verbal & writing.
