We are recruiting a beauty advisor for one of our clients in Porto, with experience in inbound customer service and a passion for beauty and skincare.
Your day to day:
Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms
Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
Providing excellent solutions, and service.
Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
Who we are looking for:
• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction
• Native language skills in English
• Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions
• Availability to work shifts (Monday to Sunday. 8 hours per day between 8am and 8pm)
What we offer:
Direct contract with the client

Salary 920 euros + 154 meal allowance
