Job Description:We are recruiting a beauty advisor for one of our clients in Porto, with experience in inbound customer service and a passion for beauty and skincare.Your day to day:Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webformsManagement of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.Providing excellent solutions and service.Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.Who we are looking for:Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfactionNative language skills in EnglishGood IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactionsAvailability to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day between 8am and 8pm)What we offer:Direct contract with the clientTrainingSalary 920 euros + 154 meal allowance
