Job Description: We are recruiting a beauty advisor for one of our clients in Porto, with experience in inbound customer service and a passion for beauty and skincare. Your day to day: Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints. Providing excellent solutions and service. Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. Who we are looking for: Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction Native language skills in English Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions Availability to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day between 8am and 8pm) What we offer: Direct contract with the clientTrainingSalary 920 euros + 154 meal allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
