Step into as In House Lawyer at a biotechnology company, driving legal strategy and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. - Manage all the legal needs from the Company; - Draft, review and validate contracts and understand corporate, compliance and other needs, including administrative ones; - Support different departments and proactively find solutions; -Stay updated on changes in Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry practices; - Build communication and awareness applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics; - Collaborate across all lines of business, including country based legal counsels, human resources, finance, business operations and other stakeholders to execute on programmatic initiatives and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented. - Degree in Law; - 2 years experience ina business context; - Knowledge of IP and health regulatory law (valued); - Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken(mandatory); - Excellent negotiationand communication skills with the ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams across the business; - Problem-solving skills, strong dynamism and proactivity; - Direct contract with the client; - Integration in a highly motivated team and an international environment; #J-18808-Ljbffr
