Exciting Opportunity in the Legal Field!Step into as In House Lawyer at a biotechnology company, driving legal strategy and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.- Manage all the legal needs from the Company;- Draft, review and validate contracts and understand corporate, compliance and other needs, including administrative ones;- Support different departments and proactively find solutions;-Stay updated on changes in Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry practices;- Build communication and awareness applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics;- Collaborate across all lines of business, including country based legal counsels, human resources, finance, business operations and other stakeholders to execute on programmatic initiatives and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented.- Degree in Law;- 2 years experience in a business context;- Knowledge of IP and health regulatory law (valued);- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken(mandatory);- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams across the business;- Problem-solving skills, strong dynamism and proactivity;- Direct contract with the client;- Integration in a highly motivated team and an international environment;#J-18808-Ljbffr
