We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: In-house LawyerMain Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support on matters related to Financial Law and Governance (alternative real estate investment funds), Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and other areas of expertise.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring their compliance with applicable legislation.Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear and precise legal opinions.Monitor legislative developments and ensure the implementation of new rules and regulations applicable to the company's activities.Collaborate with internal teams and external legal teams to ensure the legal compliance of the company's projects or operations.Provide legal support to various departments within the company, as requested.Role Requirements:Law degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Bar Association.Minimum of 2 years' post-internship experience as a lawyer in relevant areas, particularly Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and Financial Law (management of collective investment schemes).In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal system and its respective practice areas.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent ability to analyse and interpret legislation.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Fluency in Portuguese and English.Location and Schedule:Full-Time / Lisbon, hybrid role (2 to 3 days per week in the office are expected)#J-18808-Ljbffr
