Description Manage the end to end equipment sales process for our existing customers in the country across Healthcare and Industrial gases Achieve all equipment targets set by the business Negotiate with customers prices relating to equipment sales and deal with all enquiries Streamline processes incorporating new technology Liaise directly with all sales teams in France (telephone & field) Be a broader member of the Inhouse Sales team contributing to the growth of the team Multitask working across healthcare and industrial gases Work autonomously and be the custodian of equipment sales for the country Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules Understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by the organization Profile Preferably 3-5 years of industrial/sales/Commercial experience in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing or desired Bachelor's degree required in engineering/ technical, sales, marketing or finance Fluent French, good in English Broad customer service and sales experience The confidence to negotiate commercial prices with customers The ability to be a quick learner and the confidence to make and recommend process change Knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential) and advanced MS Excel skills; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process/sales driven environment; Job Offer Permanent Contract Hybrid Model Health Insurance Annual Bonus O que procuramos
