Position Snapshot Location: Lisbon, Portugal Company: Nestlé Business Services (NBS) Full-time / Hybrid mode Position Summary The main purpose of the Improvement Funnel Manager is to be a catalyst of the Integrated Business Services Productivity Ecosystem, providing the framework, establishing effective Governance, building competencies and driving the continuous creation of the improvement pipeline while ensuring interventions are driven to eliminate the roadblocks in different E2E Processes. Robust Pipeline: Continuous identification of Improvement Opportunities E2E Global Process Discovery Execution: Workshop Identification, Organization and Facilitation Impact of Replication and Global Projects in the Overall Productivity Results Support Nestlé Business Services Centers to leverage Performance Acceleration Methodologies to identify and drive improvements Deliver 2k Ambition - Govern and drive the Improvement Pipeline of E2E Initiatives & Correcting deviations Accurate & timely reporting to explain the productivity sources and current and future improvement Projects pipeline Level of Standardization and Automation understanding and improvement Benchmark externally for best practices on how to identify, manage and drive improvements to become best in class in line with our ambition and drive the implementation and deployment across the network What will make you successful Fluent in English (Spoken and written) Minimum 5 years' experience in applying Continuous Improvement Methods (Lean Thinking, Process Mapping, problem solving, DMAIC, etc.) Shared Service experience and/or Market experience to be able to understand business needs on the ground Good understanding of latest technologies and Exposure/involvement with IT and automation Projects Experience of managing change in the organization and driving implementation of process improvements Analytical skills to drive the generation of insights Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops/trainings and executive meetings Strong experience in managing a large variety of Stakeholders Functional background in the E2Es in the scope would be nice to have Prior experience as auditor, consultant and Process Optimizers can be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
