The main purpose of the Improvement Funnel Manager is to be a catalyst of the Integrated Business Services Productivity Ecosystem, providing the framework, establishing effective Governance, building competencies and driving the continuous creation of the improvement pipeline while ensuring interventions are driven to eliminate the roadblocks in different E2E Processes.A day in the life of...Robust Pipeline: Continuous identification of Improvement OpportunitiesE2E Global Process Discovery Execution: Workshop Identification, Organization and FacilitationImpact of Replication and Global Projects in the Overall Productivity ResultsSupport Nestlé Business Services Centers to leverage Performance Acceleration Methodologies to identify and drive improvementsDeliver 2k Ambition - Govern and drive the Improvement Pipeline of E2E Initiatives & Correcting deviationsAccurate & timely reporting to explain the productivity sources and current and future improvement Projects pipelineLevel of Standardization and Automation understanding and improvementBenchmark externally for best practices on how to identify, manage and drive improvements to become best in class in line with our ambition and drive the implementation and deployment across the networkWhat will make you successfulFluent in English (Spoken and written)Minimum 5 years' experience in applying Continuous Improvement Methods (Lean Thinking, Process Mapping, problem solving, DMAIC, etc.)Shared Service experience and/or Market experience to be able to understand business needs on the groundGood understanding of latest technologies and Exposure/involvement with IT and automation ProjectsExperience of managing change in the organization and driving implementation of process improvementsAnalytical skills to drive the generation of insightsProficiency in leading and facilitating workshops/trainings and executive meetingsStrong experience in managing a large variety of StakeholdersFunctional background in the E2Es in the scope would be nice to havePrior experience as auditor, consultant and Process Optimizers can be an advantage
