Job Description:
What you will enjoy doing:
You will deliver revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume and pricing contracts.
Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio.
Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules.
Collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments.
Build customer-specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities (e.g., influences and decision makers) across the sales process and target engagements accordingly.
Effectively plan, schedule, and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate.
What makes you great:
You have preferably one to three years of sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical, or other manufacturing.
One to three years of experience in account management by phone/outbound calls.
You hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Affinity with engineering/gas industry suits your profile, as well as knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce, and MS Excel skills.
You speak the required language for the specific market (native or C2: French) and English level B1 (preferred).
You are passionate about working in a team and can engage well in a multicultural environment across multiple countries.

This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 AM till 04:00 PM.
