TRANSITION. #OGJS Role Purpose The IFS Solution Architect is responsible for the design of the functional architecture of the IFS solutions, maintaining this architecture overtime as well as reviewing future developments in cooperation with IT Teams, Data Teams and other Business stakeholders. He / She will be the Design Authority for any new requested changes on the IFS solutions and ensure architecture alignment with IFS product and roadmap. The IFS Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing design solutions and options to best answer Business requirements. Role Contribution Represent the Design Authority for any changes impacting the IFS solutions Work closely with IFS Functional Leads and business to understand their requirements and processes, and to identify areas where the IFS solution can provide value. Propose business processes standardization and optimization within and across business functions Design the changes in the IFS solution that meets the needs of the organization, while also adhering to industry best practices and standards Work with IFS Functional Leads, project managers and technical teams to ensure that the changes in the IFS solution are implemented successfully and as per Design Build and Maintain overview and detailed mapping of business processes, functionalities, and data within the perimeter of the IFS solutions Collaborate with IT Teams, Data Teams and Digital Teams to ensure alignment with global company standards Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IFS Solution and incorporate them into the organization's software solutions as appropriate Role Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience as IFS Solution architect and /or responsible of IFS implementations Experience in working with IFS ERP solutions, including implementation, customization, and support. Strong technical knowledge of IFS ERP and related technologies. Knowledge of decentralized ERP architecture with replication mechanism Strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions Experience working with vendors and third-party providers to integrate software solutions Knowledge in Scrum Agile methodologies is an added advantage Excellent communication in English both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues #LI-MC1 GENERAL INFORMATION SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
