DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks Lead opportunities / project lead on IDP development w/ relation with business users and their IT; Analyze, design and implement IDP solutions; Design and develop module inside Tungsteen/Kofax and custom IDP solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration and security Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data Requirements Degree in Computer Science or related fields; Professional experience in IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), BPM, and ECM solutions; Strong knowledge and experience in IDP and OCR solutions, both on-premises and cloud (preferably Tungsten, Kofax, MS, or others). Proficiency in programming tools/languages (e.g., VB, SQL, C#, .Net); Experience with API integration concepts; Knowledge of functional libraries, tools, and methods to accelerate development; Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools (OCR, AI/ML); Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical/functional solutions; Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical aspects to business people and relevant stakeholders; Strong business skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, such as Security, IAM, Finance, and Internal Audit; Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts; Motivation to work and deliver continuously in the project and support context; Fluency in English is mandatory (French is a plus).
