Mandated by one of our clients, an international company , we are recruiting anIAM OPS ANALYST
RESPONSABILITIES
As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our IAM team, focusing on end-to-end IAM processes and tools
Operational oversight of IAM services across the EMEA region.
Collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction.
Implement process improvements and tool deployments with active IT team involvement.
Facilitate knowledge transfer to IT teams and application owners.
Support Engineers and Architects in setting up Proof of Concepts.
Implement and manage SSO, LDAP, and Azure Active Directory applications.
Monitor core IAM activities such as provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Manage certificate and DNS management.
Oversee PAM management and identity broker management.

PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Cloud technologies.
Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, with the opportunity to learn and expand across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with IAM tools/services such as Azure Active Directory, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Servers (2012-2022), and PKI.
Proficiency in SQL queries and incident management tools like ServiceNow.
Experience with Saviynt for user and group management/lifecycle.
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
