About the role We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions. As a part of your job, you will: Mentor and lead team to grow knowledge in the IAM domain. Design IAM strategies and roadmap that align to the vision of how IAM should ensure security, catering to industry best practices and regulatory customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions in the holistic architecture ensuring the required levels of application security. Design, implement, and manage IAM systems and solutions, including single sign-on, identity federation, and enterprise directory architecture. Prepare and maintain documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and configurations. Lead the deployment and maintenance of IAM systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and enhancement of security measures. Define and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Design reference approaches and define guidelines, and best practices, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders and team members. Keep current on IAM technologies, best practices, and emerging trends and define strategies for their adoption. What are we looking for? Proven work experience as an IAM Architect. Strong understanding of IAM architectures, including identity lifecycle management, access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Knowledge of Red Hat SSO/Keycloak is preferred. Experience with cloud identity services (e.G., Azure AD, AWS IAM). Knowledge of authorization and authentication concepts such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, XACML, LDAP, ABAC, RBAC. Knowledge of containerization concepts and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/Openshift. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools. Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc). Ability to adapt to different contexts and stakeholders. Open-mindedness to implement innovative ideas (own ideas or from others).
