Your responsibilities and impact as a Content Classification Expert will be:
Reviewing content (videos, image, text, and audio) in accordance with policies.
Classifying the typology of the content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
Ensuring user and brand safety.
Being able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of German and a good level of English.
Keeping up to date with Social Media trends.
Being motivated and committed in your work.
Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience.
Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required).
What's in it for you?

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1.100€ gross/month (based on level of experience).
Excluding accommodation: 1.470 gross/month (based on level of experience).
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses.
Airport pick up.
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
