Your responsibilities and impact as aContent Classification Expert will be:Reviewing content (videos, image, text, and audio) in accordance with policies
Classifying the typology of the content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies
Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
Ensuring user and brand safety
Being able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of Germanand a good level of English
Keeping up to date with Social Media trends
Being motivated and committed in your work

Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
What's in it for you?Type of contract: yearly or 6 months contract, renewable
Working hours: full time or part time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1.100€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
Excluding accommodation: 1.470 gross/month (based on level of experience)
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses
Airport pick up
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
Private health insurance included from the first day of contract signature
